Every organization is racing to adopt AI. Far fewer are prepared to govern it. As AI becomes embedded in hiring, customer experiences, software development, security, and business operations, executive leaders face a new challenge: balancing innovation with accountability. Join senior technology, security, legal, and business leaders for an interactive executive forum exploring how organizations can identify AI bias, establish effective governance, and build AI systems employees and customers can trust.
The evening opens with a 30-minute moderated executive panel covering where AI bias originates, real-world examples of AI failures, governance frameworks that enable rather than slow innovation, executive accountability across legal, security, engineering, and business teams, and emerging regulations to prepare for now.
Attendees then break into 45 minutes of interactive executive roundtables, facilitated discussion groups of 8 to 10 led by a panelist, board member, or subject matter expert, covering practical approaches to mitigating AI bias, governance models that scale, the role of regulation, accountability between executives and technical teams, and measuring trust and responsible AI adoption. Groups share key insights with the room.
As presenting sponsor, Coder will also host a dedicated Sponsor Innovation Room breakout on the technical implementation of AI governance, covering secure AI-assisted software development, governance controls for technical teams, AI usage in regulated and air-gapped environments, policy enforcement without slowing developer velocity, and scaling AI responsibly across engineering organizations.
