This interactive CX + AI workshop guides participants through designing a single high-impact “AI moment” that improves a measurable customer experience outcome. Through a structured sandbox, attendees will identify a friction point, apply the right AI capability, and define the Signal → Decision → Nudge flow to shape a meaningful experience.
Participants will leave with practical, ready-to-use tools: including the AI Moments Loop, SDN Pattern, AI Control Card, and a Start-Tomorrow Checklist to help kickstart their 2026 CX initiatives.
The session includes a short trends overview, guided design exercise, and live audience collaboration using Mentimeter.
Online registration will close by 5:00 PM on February 9th. On-site registration is available after this time. On-site registration will have a price increase for Non-Members.
