Pathways to Leadership is a year-long virtual professional development program that provides mid-level tech professionals with the essential leadership skills and knowledge needed to thrive in leadership positions within the technology industry.

Program Benefits:

  • Monthly instructional sessions with Georgia's top technology leaders.
  • Participation in engaging discussions about relevant trends in business and technology.
  • Collaboration in small groups to foster relationships and teamwork.
  • Community service project to support a nonprofit organization.
  • Participation in the annual Pathways to Leadership Conference.

Program Delivery:

  • Pathways to Leadership is delivered virtually with an on-site orientation and program graduation.

How to Apply:

  • Candidates are chosen based on their nomination by an executive within their organization, community, or Pathways to Leadership alumni. Interested individuals may also self-nominate.

Program Fee:

  • $5,500 per person with discounts available to TAG Corporate members, companies sending a team, and non-profit organizations. Payment plans are available upon request.
