The national deployment of infrastructure through the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program (B.E.A.D.) is reshaping the digital economy as states move from planning to implementation. This webinar will examine the current state of B.E.A.D. deployment, including implementation progress, funding realities, and execution challenges, while also exploring emerging “B.E.A.D. 2.0” policy shifts that emphasize flexibility, fiber-wireless convergence, and hybrid infrastructure models supporting AI-ready networks.
