Program Overview:
TAG Education Collaborative (TAG-Ed) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to strengthening Georgia’s workforce. Our Registered Tech Apprenticeship Program creates alternative pathways into the tech workforce, helping organizations fill critical digital skills gaps. Through this proven, earn-and-learn model, apprentices gain hands-on experience while employers develop a reliable pipeline of skilled talent.
As an approved U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Registered Tech Apprenticeship Program, TAG-Ed offers a clear, step-by-step pathway to a rewarding career in technology. This unique program combines structured classroom instruction with real-world, on-the-job training at leading companies. Selected candidates are hired as full-time employees and enrolled in technical certificate programs at no cost to them or their employer. Upon completion, apprentices earn a DOL Certificate of Completion, signaling specialized training in a high-demand tech occupation.
