Description

Proof of vaccination or negative PCR test taken within 48 hours of event is required for all attendees and must be shown at check-in.

All attendees must wear a mask at registration/check-in.

Pre-registration will close Monday, March 28th at 5pm. After this time, on-site registration will be $175 for all.

Please join TAG Digital Health Society for an engaging in-person Summit to discuss how digital health impacts trust and the healthcare system. The Digital Health Summit will include two featured speakers and six breakout sessions.
