This interactive CX + AI workshop guides participants through designing a single high-impact “AI moment” that improves a measurable customer experience outcome. Through a structured framework, attendees will identify a friction point, apply the right AI capability to shape a meaningful experience.

- The Intelligent Moments Method (1-page design guide)
- The AI Control Card (a lightweight governance check)
This session blends brief CX + AI trends, a structured design exercise, and live collaborative decisions. All focused on making intelligent experiences simple, practical, and immediately usable across industries.
