The TAG Data Governance Society Executive Exchange is an invite-only evening designed for senior leaders responsible for data, AI, governance, technology, and enterprise transformation.

Unlike a traditional conference or panel event, the Executive Exchange is built around candid, peer-level conversation. The evening will bring together a curated group of executives and practitioners to discuss how organizations are navigating the rapidly changing relationship between artificial intelligence, enterprise data, governance, risk, and business value.

Organizations have spent the last several years experimenting with generative AI. The next phase is considerably more consequential. AI systems are beginning to take actions, interact with enterprise applications, access sensitive information, participate in workflows, and make decisions with varying degrees of autonomy.

That shift raises a different set of questions.

How do organizations move from interesting AI experiments to measurable enterprise value? Where should agents actually be deployed? How should access, identity, data governance, accountability, and human oversight evolve as agents become part of the operating environment? And perhaps most importantly, how do leaders balance the opportunity to move quickly with the responsibility to deploy these systems thoughtfully?

Following a fireside chat, attendees will break into facilitated roundtable discussions to explore these issues from the perspective of their own organizations and industries.

Rather than focusing on presentations or predetermined answers, the roundtables are intended to create an environment where leaders can compare approaches, discuss challenges, and share what they are seeing inside their organizations. Topics may include agent governance, enterprise AI strategy, data readiness, security and access, operating models, adoption, measurement of business value, and the practical realities of moving AI initiatives into production.

The evening will conclude with each roundtable sharing its key observations and takeaways with the broader group, creating a collective view of where enterprise AI is heading and what leaders should be preparing for next.
