Turknett Leadership Group and Personality Matters Inc. have teamed up to introduce the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity in Action (IDEA) Coaching Certification. This professional certification is ideal for any individual, team, or committee seeking to become proficient in the DEI space.

You will be equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools to weave DEI throughout the organization. Become a DEI Ambassador, leading courageous conversations and championing DEI within your organization. No matter your role, you can influence the very decisions, actions, and values that directly affect others, delivering positive change and lasting impact.

Over the course of six-months, this in-depth DEI experience will teach you psychological and science-based approaches that you can use to focus DEI efforts, lead initiatives, and make a real difference.
