TAG-Ed partners with Riverwood Associates for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification 

Lean Six Sigma is a powerful process improvement system that helps businesses streamline processes, reduce waste and increase productivity. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is the next step in your certification. This 5-day, online, instructor-led course combines advanced concepts, tools and practical applications. Through this program, you will discover powerful data analytical tools for RCA, apply project management principles to organize your project, and master business case fundamentals to ensure success.

How it Works 

1. Pre-Training: Submit a business problem you are facing using our "Pain Point" template. We provide feedback to help you define and scope the problem and build the business case. 

2. Training: We explain the concepts and show you how to apply the tools and techniques to your project. You practice the exercises and build muscle memory. Participants take a certification exam to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in Lean Six Sigma. Minimum 80% for passing. 

3. Post-training: Receive 2 hours of personal coaching on your project and a compelling storyboard template to help ensure your success.
