Session 1 of 3 - How to increase your skills to transition, deepen, or begin a data science career. 

Join this session to hear from an experience analytics, data science, and AI professional about her personal journey which began in the early 90's as an individual contributor, manager, and eventually community builder and thought leader in data science. Gain advice, hear her stories, and learn what data science leaders consider when hiring and building their teams. This is your chance to ask questions about salaries, interview techniques, ways to gain influence, how to build a resume, the importance of formal education, and other tips for data professionals. She'll walk you through ways to deepen your experience and influence, and set your goals toward a target position. 

• Session 1 (9/14) discusses how to get to the next level in your career, ways to start a career in data, and the best paths for transitioning into data roles.
• Session 2 (9/21) covers the results from Burtch Works Salary Report 2023, complete with statistical testing and a salary calculator model.
• Session 3 (9/28) will cover resume and interview tips for analytics, data science and AI professionals.
