TAG Digital Health Hackathon

Description

The TAG Digital Health Hackathon will bring together students, developers, clinicians, engineers, and designers to build innovative tech solutions for modern healthcare focused on Person Health Record (PHR’s) for patients within a specified 2 hour time window.

A patient’s healthcare data is spread among multiple EHR’s & EMR’s used by various provider groups and hospitals in a patient’s care continuum.  Participants will collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams to tackle this problem to create an integrated personal health record to see a longitudinal and horizontal view of the patient’s health information along with innovative solutions for predictive analysis.  Participants will use AI tools and technologies to create innovative solutions guided by industry mentors and open source tools. 

The event culminates in a pitch showcase before a panel of health-tech investors, medical executives, and product leaders. Beyond competing for a prize money of $500, participants gain valuable networking opportunities and the chance to launch high-impact digital health ventures.
