TAG's Digital Health Society Presents: 'Make Healthcare Fun for Kids Hackathon'
Friday, October 3, 2025 (8:00 AM - 12:30 PM) (EDT)
Description
Join the Healthcare Hackathon – Make Learning Fun!
The mission of this Hackathon is to design fun and engaging ways for kids and teens to learn about healthcare and medical procedures. While there are already plenty of educational resources out there, we want you to bring them to life with creativity and play!
Six teams will be formed, each pairing professionals with students to create an educational game or interactive experience. Use AI to help you code or bring your ideas to life with any storyboard tools or software you like.
You’ll have 2 hours to build your project, followed by a 1-hour showcase where judges and a general audience will view presentations and celebrate the winners! Teams will be evaluated on the quality of the game, educational value, and presentation. The audience will also vote for a Fan Favorite!
Winning teams with working prototypes may even have their games featured on the iCAN website as part of its youth education program.
Spots are limited—don’t miss your chance to be part of this exciting event!
If you're a student wanting to participate in the hackathon, please reach out to jamarius@tagonline.org
