Cherry Street powers businesses and organizations around the southeast with reliable, renewable power. With a core belief that the adoption of clean energy should be Simple As Sunshine, they cover all the capital expenses associated with constructing and maintaining solar power systems, selling electricity to customers at a competitively priced cents-per-kWh rate. Cherry Street owns, operates, and maintains world-class systems for customers such as Porsche Cars North America, City of Atlanta, Gulfstream Aerospace, and others, with more than 100 installations to date.

Michael Chanin is the founder and CEO of Cherry Street Energy, the largest non-utility renewable energy provider in Georgia. He started his career in Goldman Sachs’ Special Situations Group, ran finance and operations for a San Francisco-based technology company, and has invested in renewable energy markets since 2013. He is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, where he received a MPhil in development studies, and Northwestern University, where he received a BA in American studies and history.		Marianne Faloni, Founder/CEO, Twins Oaks Recruiting Marianne Faloni is a 1998 Auburn University Harbert College of Business graduate. She moved to Atlanta upon graduation and has spent the past twenty-seven years in the business arena, the last fourteen of which were spent building three search firms dedicated to recruiting and consulting. Her executive recruiting is centered in the startup space, focusing on cleantech and SaaS, and she is a board member of TAG’s Smart Communities and Sustainability Society.
